What a Set Wave Experience is All About

  • SWC classes are designed with a balanced blend of vinyasa yoga, strength, cardio efforts, and mobility. As your instructor, I aim to create an environment that calms and energizes you, and shows you how strong you really are. My role is to help you connect to what you need at this moment in your life (or day), and hold a space that inspires you to continue on that journey with confidence.

  • Our bodies are like radio towers, communicating with us about our mental and emotional state. In every class experience, we’ll practice meditation, visualization and breathwork. These tools help us tune in and listen, helping us to tune into the frequency where we feel most connected to our inner self. This tuning helps us find flow state on the mat, but most importantly, we can take this inner peace off the mat into our day-to-day.

  • Health and wellness is a deeply personal journey, but that doesn’t mean you have to walk it alone. We create in-person experiences, partnering with our favorite local businesses in the beautiful neighborhoods (and the dirty water) we call home to elevate and rediscover joy in your practice and in your community.
